    “You don’t owe anyone an explanation,” a comment my husband made to me early 2016 when I was in the middle of a full-blown panic attack. It was a time when I had significant personal breakthroughs, but instead of rejoicing these discoveries I began worrying about how I was going to explain my way of life to those around me.
